EFP Organic Reporting is an internal tool used only by Epoxy Floor Pros to measure the performance of its own TikTok account.
After an authorized Epoxy Floor Pros user signs in with TikTok, the tool may access basic TikTok profile information, public video details, and public video performance counts allowed by the permissions granted to the app.
We use this information only to prepare internal organic social media reports. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.
Access tokens and reporting data are limited to authorized Epoxy Floor Pros systems and service providers used to run the report. We keep information only as long as needed for reporting, security, and legal obligations.
An authorized user can revoke the app’s TikTok access at any time through TikTok account settings. Requests about access or deletion can be sent to jacob@epoxyfloorpros.us.
We may update this policy when the tool or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
